Steps in the Product Review Flow
- Customer submits a rating and review from the Storefront (SF).
- Vendor views the review under Ratings & Reviews with Pending status.
- Store Admin reviews the submitted rating and review in the Store Management Portal and approves it.
- Review status updates to Published in the Vendor Portal.
- The approved rating and review appear on the Storefront product page and are visible to all customers.
