Steps in the Product Review Flow

  1. Customer submits a rating and review from the Storefront (SF).
  2. Vendor views the review under Ratings & Reviews with Pending status.
  3. Store Admin reviews the submitted rating and review in the Store Management Portal and approves it.
  4. Review status updates to Published in the Vendor Portal.
  5. The approved rating and review appear on the Storefront product page and are visible to all customers.
