Purpose of Account Unlock Configuration
Account unlock configuration helps to:
- Define how locked user accounts can be recovered
- Protect the Store Management Portal from unauthorized access attempts

Steps to Configure Account Unlock
- Administrator navigates to Settings → Account Lock Settings.
- Open the Lock & Unlock Configuration tab.
- Configure the maximum number of allowed failed login attempts.
- Enable Account Unlock via Email and OTP.
- Review the configuration settings.
- Save the configuration to apply the account lock and unlock rules.
Account Unlock Flow for Users
- A user attempts to log in with incorrect credentials multiple times.
- The system automatically locks the user account based on configured rules.
- An Account Unlock option appears on the login screen.
- The user selects the Account Unlock option.
- An email containing an OTP is sent to the user’s registered email address.
- The user enters the OTP to verify their identity.
- The account is successfully unlocked.
- The user logs in to the Store Management Portal successfully.
