Email Configuration

The Email Configuration feature in the Store Management Portal (SMP) allows administrators to configure and manage the email service used by the marketplace for system notifications and communications.

This ensures reliable delivery of emails such as order updates, approvals, password resets, and alerts.

The following email service providers are supported:

  • AWS SES
  • SMTP
  • Twilio

Note: Only one email configuration can be active at a time.

Steps to Configure Email (SMP)

  1. Log in to the Store Management Portal (SMP).
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Store Settings.
  4. Click Email Configuration.
  5. Click Configure Email.
  6. Select an email type:
    • AWS SES
    • SMTP
    • Twilio
