Steps to Create a Lease Product Template
- Open the Vendor Portal.
- Go to Products → Product Templates.
- Click Create New Template.

- Select the Product Type (usually Physical Product for leasing assets).
- Add required asset information fields.
- Review all configured details.
- Click Submit for Review.
- The Store Admin reviews the template.
- After approval, the template becomes available to create lease products.

Steps to Create a Variant Product Template
- Go to Product Templates and click Add Product.
- Enter the Template Name.
- Example: Mechanical Power Transmission Spare – Variant Product Template
- Add Variant Attributes:
- Define attributes based on the product type.
- Use single-select options for attributes like size, model, or specification.
- Use multi-select or choice options for attributes like material, finish, or type.
- Configure Checkout Order Settings:
- Select Physical Product.
- Choose Payment Methods:
- Online Payment
- Cash on Delivery / Pay on Delivery
- Enable Order Request Form (optional):
- Add an Email field for customer input.
- Review all details entered in the template.
- Click Submit for Approval.
The template enters the approval workflow and becomes available after approval.
